As you would expect, the fees to be charged for our work will vary depending on the legal task to be performed. We offer a confidential initial consultation at no charge. At that time, you will be able to discuss with us what legal advice and assistance you are seeking and we will be able to determine whether we can meet your needs. After this discussion, we will be able to advise you on how we would charge for our services. In some cases, when it is possible for us to determine in advance the scope and size of the work, the fee may be fixed; in other cases, fees for our services will be based on an hourly rate. In all cases, we will provide you with a written retention agreement that sets forth exactly what charges you can expect, and only if you agree in writing to them will we start work on your behalf.
